Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
1. How long can I expect to wait for my painting?
Orders are typically shipped in 3-4 weeks, however orders containing above average complexity may take longer. If your order contains more complex elements we will contact you within 24 hours of placing your order to advise you on the expected delivery schedule.
2. Are frames included in the price and or where can I find quality frames?
Frames are not included in the price as each customer has individual tastes and desires. We do have relationships with professional high-end framing companies that can serve your needs.
3. What does your 100% money back guarantee mean and how does it work?
Our 100% money back guarantee is our assurance that our customers will receive the artwork they desire. Upon completion of the painting, it will be photographed and sent via email to the customer for proofing and satisfaction. If the customer requires changes to be made, they will be able to notify the artist of their request. Once the changes have been completed, the painting will again be photographed and sent to approval. If the customer still requires changes to be made, they will again be able to notify the artist of their request. If after this attempt the customer is still unsatisfied, the customer's money will be returned and we will not ship the painting.
4. By what date will my order need to be placed to be guaranteed by Christmas?
Even though our orders are usually shipped in 3-4 weeks, the holidays are usually our busiest time of year and many times get a little overwhelmed with orders. Therefore we ask that your order be placed by November 10th to ensure delivery before Christmas.
5. Is shipping & handling included in the price?
Shipping and handling is not included in the price as it is determined by several factors such as destination, expedience, number of paintings in an order and or if order contains custom sized paintings.
6. Is sales tax included in the price?
State sales tax is not included in the price as it is determined by the customer's state of residence (Shipping address).
7. Will the artist sign their name to the painting?
Yes. Each work of art is exclusive and displays the unique style of the artist.
